Terms of Use

These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) applies to the services provided by AnyPercent LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) on this application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). This Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) sets forth the terms and conditions of use of the services provided by AnyPercent LLC (“Company”) on this application (“Service”). The “Terms and Conditions of Use” (the “Terms and Conditions”) set forth the terms and conditions of use of the services provided by AnyPercent LLC (“the Company”) on this application (the “Services”). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are requested to follow the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are requested to use the Service in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service. 1. In addition to the Terms of Use, the Company may establish various rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Regulations”). In addition to the Terms of Service, the Company may establish various rules regarding the use of the Service (“Individual Regulations”). Article 2 (Registration)

In this service, the registration for use shall be completed when the applicant for registration agrees to the Terms of Use, applies for registration for use in the manner prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application. 2. Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. Users shall properly manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own responsibility. 1. When a user logs in with the same combination of user ID and password as the registered information, the Company shall consider the use of the Service to be by the user who has registered the user ID. 1.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. the user shall pay the fee for the paid portion of the service, which is separately determined by the Company and displayed on the application, by the method designated by the Company. In the event that the User delays payment of the usage fee, the User shall pay a late fee at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts. 1.

(1) Acts that violate laws, ordinances, or public order and morals (1) Actions related to criminal acts

  1. infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service, including but not limited to the contents of the Service
  2. acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the server or network of the Company, other users, or other third parties (1) Commercial use of information obtained through this service. (1) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Company’s services (1) Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access (1) Actions to collect or accumulate personal information of other users. 1. (1) Any act to use this service for any unauthorized purpose. 1.
  3. acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties (1) Impersonation of another user. 1. (1) Advertising, advertisement, solicitation, or sales activities on this service that are not authorized by this company. 1. (1) Actions for the purpose of meeting with the opposite sex whom the User has not met
  4. acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in relation to our services (1) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 6 (Suspension of the Service, etc.)

  1. in the event that the Company deems any of the following to exist, the Company may suspend or discontinue provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User. 1. (1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of the computer system related to the Service (1) When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters (1) When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident (1) In any other cases in which the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.
  2. the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

  1. the Company may, without prior notice, restrict the User from using all or part of the Service or terminate the User’s registration as a User, if the User falls under any of the following cases: 1.
    1. if the User violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Use
    2. if any false information is found in the registration
    3. in the event of default in payment of fees and other obligations
    4. if you do not respond to our communications for a certain period of time
    5. when there has been no use of the Service for a certain period of time since the last use of the Service
    6. in any other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service inappropriate.
  2. the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of actions taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.

Article 8 (Withdrawal from membership)

The user may withdraw from the service through the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)

  1. the company shall not be liable for any factual or legal defects in the service (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security or other defects, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.). (1) MUTOH HOLDINGS shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user arising from the service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of MUTOH HOLDINGS. However, in the event that the agreement between the Company and the user regarding the Service (including these Terms of Use) is not in accordance with the Consumer Contract Act, the Company shall not be liable to the user. (including this Agreement) is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply. In addition, compensation for damages incurred by a user due to default or tort caused by the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of the Company shall be limited to the amount of the usage fees received from the user for the month in which the relevant damages occurred. We will not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 10 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)

The Company may change, add, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to the User, and the User agrees to such changes, additions, or discontinuance.

Article 11 (Modification of Terms of Service)

  1. the Company may change the Terms of Use without requiring the User’s individual consent in the following cases: 1. (1) When modification of the Terms of Use is in the general interest of the User. 1.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company’s “Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Notification or Communication)

Notification or communication between a user and SBM shall be made in a manner determined by SBM. Unless a user notifies us of a change in his/her contact information in accordance with a method separately prescribed by us, we will assume that the currently registered contact information is valid and send notices or communications to that contact information, which will be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.

Article 14 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)

The User may not assign his/her position under the Service Agreement or rights or obligations under the Service Agreement to a third party or offer them as security without prior written consent of the Company.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. 1. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
